Elementally Speaking - Q&A

I am from New Zealand and currently a fire is going through the Waipoua Forest. This is a beautiful area, the last remaining large kauri forest in New Zealand. I want to know why on a deeper level Nature is allowing this to happen. It makes me not want to be alive, as so many things in Nature are being hurt. It makes me so angry. Is there no end to this? It’s like no one cares. It makes me so angry because millions of years of Nature’s growth and beingness is going up in smoke, just because of one human being who was at a campsite and lit a fire, in a fire free zone. I want to ask the Nature Spirits this:

What is the point of anything, if this kind of thing is happening? I’m too depressed to go into this further.

Even Nature has its time.
Like humans all of Nature is renewable and within such newness the lessons of growth. In your society the acts that seem harsh are indeed respected and yet in all phases of each lifetime, whether it be (the) ones of Nature’s beings, such as these or human beings, such as you all things benefit from growth.
Do you not realize that life as you see it is brief and that the progress of Nature, though it may seen endless, is also short in relative to it’s lifetime as well.
As a person lives and dies so does each being, whether it is a lovely tree, a plant or even a rock that lies dormant (or so it seems, though knowledge is absorbed and passed on through this being as well) at the bottom of the stream. All things pass into another existence and within this change come the lessons learned to progress further.
Have you not wondered why the Mother (Earth) in all her glory lets such fires, floods, and what you refer to as Natural disasters happen when with a brush of her hand all could change. Could she have not sent the wind to blow out the flames if she desired? Could she have not sheltered the forest with a southing hand of rain or a mist that would have stiffled the flame? Of course but the Mother in all her wisdom allows what must be to become as such.
Why you ask now does she allow this to happen and why do humans such as you seek to destroy all that she holds sacred? There are many answers to these questions and yet in her reality she admits these questions and the answers come when needed.
As the fire rages the awareness of such devastation is acknowledged and ‘man,’ who has believed that this special place shall last forever, (finally realizes it is) is gone. Yet in his reality the memory and the destruction are etched upon his brain and the act that transpired is realized. He accepts it as he does a death in his family but also accepts that there is a wiser and more readily available spot for his loved one or loved forest to go to after its demise.
You are right to feel the anguish and to recognize what is lost. This is indeed part of Natures plan and like many that have sacrificed themselves for the love of county or others… so does Nature.
Accept that what goes around comes around and what passes on shall indeed be revived.
Nature alone will survive long after man has tried its darnest to destroy it. This is what the Mother and the Being (God… in whatever form one believes) that controls us all desires.
Acceptance is hard but trying to make sense of this is indeed useful.
Christine, just realize that each being, whether it be you or the great trees that perish have a direction and having chosen it accept it as such.
The man who set the fire may have not done it intentionally. (He) may have not followed the rules and may never know why this happened but this path was chosen long before he stepped into this world.
Decisions are made before each enters this plane and even though they may at times be bad they are lessons learned by both parties...the destroyer and the destroyed. We can only hope that what this causes will only benefit others to be more careful in their actions and to those that see the destruction… to once more acknowledge what they still have.
Life is a game and we all take the part we have chosen. Please accept this and live your life accordingly.
